VII. GRACE
For believers, this is a powerful song. "Grace pulls me from the fire" became especially real when a good friend's brother was 5 seconds from dying in a house fire. The fire was just a few feet from his bed when he was sleeping; but he woke up and got out of the fire by the grace of God.
The lyrics "Grace turns off the volume - just so I can hear the voice of God" are incredibly meaningful to me. I need to stop and listen to God, and truly accept His grace. I need to remember that grace not only takes me home (to heaven), but grace IS my home (today).
